Before we get started adding new fields to your CRM, it’s important to note that we’ll be working on a transaction basis, not a customer basis. For most businesses, a single customer is able to make multiple transactions, and we want to get data on each transaction. So while working through the integration, it’s important to keep this in mind.. any new fields should be added to the transaction/contract section, and not the customer/contact section.
