In order to integrate with your CRM, our technical staff will need access to the API documentation. We’re more than happy to work with your IT staff, or with the CRM vendor, in which case we’ll ask for contact details, and also for you to make an introduction.. we find this helps things to move more quickly!
We’ll need information on how to authenticate and connect with your CRM, and also the format required for data sent through.
Once it’s complete, things become very easy, and the process of running Instant Feedback with your customers becomes totally automated. 🙂
